Left shoe Round 1: ch 8, 2 sc into 2nd chain from hook, 5 sc, 5 sc into last ch (turning the work while doing the sc-s), 5 sc, 2 sc into last st, slip stitch to beginning sc

Left Shoe Round 2: ch 1 sc into same stitch, 2sc into next stitch, 5sc, 2sc into next 3 stitch, sc, 2sc into next stitch, 6sc, 2sc into next stitch, sc, sl to beginning stitch (the last sc is on top of the previous rows joining slip stitch, normally you would not use this stitch because it would be a hidden and probably unwanted/uncounted increase)

Invisible decrease: insert your hook into the front loop of the first stitch, then into the front loop of the second stitch, and from there work it like a normal sc

Left Shoe Round 3: ch1, sc into same stitch, 2sc into next stitch, 5sc, (2sc into next stitch, sc) repeat 4 more times, sc, sc invisible decrease, 4sc, 2sc into next stitch, 2 sc, slip stitch to beginning stitch

Left Shoe Round 4: ch 1, and here i’m unsure what this type of stitch is called but we will make 34 of them. The stitch is like a normal single crochet but it’s crocheted around the previous single crochets rather than on top of them. It goes like this:

Insert your hook into the first stitch from the back…

…and in the next one from the front…

…yarn over, pull through the two stitches, (now you’ve got 2 loops on your hook), yarn over, pull through…

…and the first stitch is done. Now repeat this 33 more times and join with slip stitch to the beginning using yellow. :)

Left Shoe Round 5: ch 1, 10 sc, switch back to white, 12 sc, switch to yellow, 12 sc, slip stitch to beginning.

The colour change happens in the middle of a stitch: insert your hook into the stitch, yarn over, pull through, now you have 2 loops on the hook, yarn over with new colour, pull through. (carry on the unused yarn colour, so you don’t end up with a web inside the shoe, simply crochet around them when doing stitches until you need it again)

The next move is with white.

Left Shoe Round 6: ch 1, 10 sc, switch to white, 2 sc, sc invisible decrease, 4 sc, sc invisible decrease, 2 sc, switch to yellow, 12 sc, slip stitch to beginning stitch.

Left Shoe Round 7: ch1, 10 sc, switch to white, (sc, sc inv.decrease) repeat 2 times more, sc, switch to yellow, 12 sc, slip stitch to beginning stitch.

Triple invisible decrease: similar to invisible decrease but you insert your hook into the front loops of 3 stitches instead of just 2

Left Shoe Round 8: ch 1, 10 sc, switch to white, triple invisible decrease, sc, triple invisible decrease, switch to yellow, 12 sc, now cut the yarn leaving a 10cm (~4") tail, pull it out so you dont have a live stitch, thread the yarn into a needle, insert needle into the 2^nd stitch, pull through, then insert needle into the loop you just pulled the yarn out after cutting the yarn, weave in the tail, cut the excess (see photos below)

Left Shoe Round 9: insert hook into first yellow stitch, pull through yarn, ch 1, into next st hdc, 4 hdc, ch 1, 3 slip stitch, hdc, 2 sc, hdc, 3 slip stitch, 5hdc, cut yarn leaving 10cm (¬4") tail, pull through, thread into needle, insert needle into next yellow stitch, pull through, insert needle into the loop you just pulled the yarn out of after cutting the yarn, weave in the tail, cut the excess and there, you've finished the left shoe :) YAY!

Right shoe
